UNDERSTANDING OUR INTENSITY LEVELS

BEGINNER (L1)

Focus on form, mobility, and basic endurance. Perfect if you are just starting out.

INTERMEDIATE (L2)

Pushes your limits. Requires a basic foundation of strength and cardiovascular health.

ADVANCED (L3)

Extreme exertion. Heavy lifting and maximum heart rate zones. Not for the faint-hearted.

Group classes aren't for everyone. If you have specific bodybuilding, powerlifting, or rehabilitation goals, our certified PTs will build a custom protocol just for you.

CLASS FAQ

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. To maintain our crowd control policy, all classes must be booked via our website or mobile app at least 2 hours prior to start time.

Are classes included in the basic membership?

Yoga and Spin classes are included in the Basic tier. Premium classes like IRON HIIT and Powerlifting require the IRON PRO membership.

What if I've never lifted weights before?

We highly recommend starting with our "Fundamentals" sessions or booking a few sessions with a PT before joining advanced strength classes to ensure your form is safe.
