Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes. This includes a dynamic warm-up, the main lifting/conditioning protocol, and a guided cool-down.
Yes, clients on the 12 and 20 session packages receive customized macro-calculated meal plans tailored to Bangladeshi cuisine (we factor in rice, dal, and local proteins).
We require a minimum 12-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling a PT session via the Fitnex App. Late cancellations are counted as utilized sessions.
