Our flagship 45-minute metabolic conditioning class. Using heart-rate telemetry shown on the studio screens, you will push into the red zone using assault bikes, kettlebells, and plyometrics.

Perfect for beginners. Focuses on proper form, mobility, and building a base level of cardiovascular endurance. Low impact.
For intermediate athletes. High sweat, moderate to heavy weights. You will be breathless and your muscles will burn.
Advanced members only. Extreme heart rates, heavy compound lifts, and complex functional movements. Not for the faint-hearted.
Dhaka traffic is unpredictable. Arrive early to scan your app, store your gear in the smart lockers, and get set up. Doors lock exactly at start time.
Hygiene is rule #1. Wipe down your station after use. We provide filtered water stations, just bring your shaker or bottle.
To keep our turf and platforms pristine, please bring a clean pair of indoor training shoes to change into.
Make sure your Fitnex App is downloaded and your barcode is ready. You will need it to claim your reserved spot in class.
Group classes (except introductory Yoga) require the ARENA PRO membership. If you are on the Standard plan, you can purchase drop-in class credits via the app.
Members can book spots up to 48 hours in advance through the Fitnex App. Classes in Mirpur and Uttara fill up fast during evening peak hours, so early booking is highly recommended.
We have a strict "No Show" policy. You must cancel via the app at least 2 hours prior. Three no-shows in a month will result in a 7-day restriction on class bookings to ensure fairness to other members.
