Can I apply without IELTS?

Yes, for the UK and USA. If you have good marks in English in HSC/A-Levels, or if your Medium of Instruction (MOI) was English, many universities waive IELTS.

How much gap is accepted?

UK accepts up to 5-8 years gap for Masters. USA is also flexible if you have work experience. Canada and Australia prefer recent graduates.

Does Pathway Global charge a file opening fee?

No. We do not charge any file opening fee. You only pay university application fees (if applicable) and visa fees directly to the embassy.
