Is the land registered to Brick & Beam?

No. The land is registered directly in the names of the group members proportionate to their share. We act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC).

What if a member stops paying?

Our legal agreement has a strict clause. If a member defaults for 3 consecutive months, their share is sold to a new member, and they are refunded after deducting a service fee.
